In Beirut, the goat is seized by despair,
Amid the dragon’s fire, its peace torn from its lair.
The rabbit’s burrow crumbles, in violence we share,
To the cycle, the city returns, clad in chaos's wear.
War hound bays in Ukraine, towards the Russian bear,
With teeth of Western missiles, it dares to flare.
The snail's safe stone, in fear it leaves bare,
For the hound's reach now covers its once hidden lair.
In U.A.E., the dog has lost its fellow mate,
Taken in silence, sealed is the rabbi’s fate.
The sparrow sings of fear, its song echoes late,
In lands afar, does the Israeli lamb await.
